This Simply Natural organic noodles is handmade using premium ingredients: 20% fresh organic beetroot puree, premium organic Australian flour & pure sea salt. It combines 50-year-old traditional Loke's family noodle-making recipe with modern food technology. This noodle has natural red hue of beetroot, and powerful compound called betalains that possess strong antioxidant property. Absolutely ZERO preservatives, additives, colourings & flavourings.

Ingredients: Organic High Protein Unbleached Wheat Flour (gluten), Organic Beetroot Puree, Pure Sea Salt & Organic Wheat Starch (gluten)
Serving Suggestion: 1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 5 mins. (additional oil & salt is not needed)2. Drain, then rinse with cold water. Drain again.3. Serve with soup or a delicious gravy.Recommended intake: 2 servings/ day
